目的分析芦山县钉螺分布特点及主要外部因素的影响力。方法查阅芦山县2007-2011年相关的血防、气象、水质、土壤和植被资料,对各项指标进行分析。结果 2007-2011年芦山县无新增钉螺面积,实有钉螺面积差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);气温、光照时间、降雨量、土壤pH和营养含量、植被覆盖率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),河水pH变化虽有差异(P<0.01),但与实有钉螺面积无相关性(P>0.05);药物灭螺面积差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与实有钉螺面积有相关性(P<0.01)。结论 2007-2011年芦山县新增钉螺面积得到有效遏制,实有钉螺面积起伏显著,药物灭螺面积能显著影响实有钉螺面积的大小。
Objective To analyze the distribution of snails in Lushan County and the influence of the main external factors. Methods The related blood, weather, water quality, soil and vegetation data of Lushan County from 2007 to 2011 were consulted, and the indicators were analyzed. Results There was no new snail area in 2007 to 2011 in Lushan County, and there was a significant difference in snail area (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in temperature, light time, rainfall, soil pH, nutrient content and vegetation coverage (P> 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the changes of pH in river water (P <0.01), but there was no correlation with the actual snail area (P> 0.05) And actual snail area (P <0.01). Conclusion From 2007 to 2011, the area of newly-added snail in Lushan County was effectively checked, and the area of snail was actually fluctuated significantly. The snail-killing area could significantly affect the area of snail.
