大型炼油化工装置起吊施工中采用的锚坑受力大,习惯上使用全埋式坑锚。然而,近年来在沿海、沿江地区建厂,大量遇到地下水位高且地层软弱,无法挖坑的情况。为此,创造了插座式压重地锚的新方法。1975~1977年,我公司在武汉石化厂冲填土地层上进行吊装施工时,因该地区表层为均匀分布的冲填土,土层厚度一般均在4~5米,1米左右的表层尚具有承载能力,地下水位在地表以下1米左右.1米以下就是浆状淤泥,无法埋设大型吊装的坑锚,只能考虑利用地表硬壳,随采用压重将钢制锚腿压入硬壳层的方法,使之承受拉力,就是这种新型地锚(如图1)。并用该地锚承担过武汉石化厂吊重192吨
