目的探讨冠心病患者VEGF(血管内皮细胞生长因子)与hs-CRP(超敏C反应蛋白)的水平值情况及在临床诊断中的作用。
Objective To investigate the levels of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) and hs-CRP (high sensitive C-reactive protein) in patients with coronary heart disease and their clinical significance. Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from May 2011 to November 2011 were selected and randomly divided into 20 patients in group A (stable angina pectoris group) and 20 patients in group B Unstable angina group), 20 cases in group C (acute myocardial infarction group) and 20 cases in group D (old myocardial infarction group), meanwhile, 20 cases participated in physical examination in our hospital as healthy control group, The levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in two groups were observed and compared. Results Serum levels of VEGF in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher in group B, group C and group D than those in control group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between group A and control group (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of hs-CRP in group A, group B, group C and group D were significantly higher than those in control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between group D and group D (P> 0.05). The level of VEGF increased with the increase of hs-CRP, and there was a positive correlation between them (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The levels of VEGF and CRP in patients with coronary heart disease are significantly higher than those in healthy people. By grasping the changes of these levels in patients with coronary heart disease, the severity of coronary artery disease can be predicted, In the prognosis also has a certain reference value.
