政府一头在给予补贴,给予各种优惠政策,另一头却投资亏损输送利益,财富之水渗到黑洞之中。央企的补贴制度必须取消,以防止肉烂在锅里。6月20日,审计署发布11家央企2012年度财务收支审计结果公告。几乎家家有问题,只是大小不同而已,小问题是少报利润、滥发福利,大问题是投资亏损,以及内部利益输送。
