In contemporary liberal theory, the principle of neutrality has received special attention from theorists. This principle means that the state or government should maintain neutrality among the good ideas of life of different citizens. Raz’s analysis of Neutrality represented by Nozick and Rawls gives a strong criticism of this idea. He attempted to show that the neutrality demanded by the liberals was both untrustworthy and credible, even though their seeming legitimacy stemmed from their belief in autonomy, but autonomy required pluralism, both neutral There is no necessary logical connection. Therefore, in a sense, Raz’s critique of neutrality paved the way for the construction of his supreme theory.
