本项工作目的是研究长期居住海平后的高原世居者回到高原后的功能变化,研究对象是33名年轻藏族,来上海(海平)前,均出生于西藏高原(海拔高度约3 700m),在上海读书四年,四年期间从未返回高原。观察急性减压低氧至3 700m2h后呼吸和心泵功能的变化.呼吸和心泵功能用无创伤的心阻抗图、心音图、多普勒超心动图、耳夹式血氧饱和度仪、呼吸流速仪等进行测定,海平和3 700m的呼吸和心泵功能各项指标进行比较,采用配对t试验统计学处理,每分通气量在海平和3 700m是6.8±0.3L/min · m~2(BTPS)和7.4±0.2L/min·m~2(BTPS),呼吸频率分
The purpose of this work is to study the functional changes of plateau dwellers after returning to the plateau after long-term living sea level. The study object is 33 young Tibetans who were both born in Shanghai Plateau (about 3 700m above sea level) before coming to Shanghai (sea level) , Studying in Shanghai for four years and never returning to the plateau during the four years. The changes of respiration and cardiac pump function after acute hypobaric hypoxia to 3 700m2h were observed.Respiratory and cardiac pump function were evaluated with atraumatic heart impedance diagram, phonocardiogram, Doppler echocardiography, Respiratory flow meter and other measurements, sea level and 3 700m of respiration and heart pump function of the indicators were compared using the paired t-test statistics, minute ventilation at sea level and 3 700m is 6.8 ± 0.3L / min · m ~ 2 (BTPS) and 7.4 ± 0.2L / min · m ~ 2 (BTPS) respectively
