技术创新的日益复杂导致单个企业不可能具备完成创新的所有知识。为推动技术创新持续发展,企业需要不断从外部引进知识,以知识转移为渠道,与外部知识主体形成知识网络。伴随着企业技术知识存量和技术知识质量的提高,企业外部知识网络实现了从无序到有序、从低级到高级的演化,网络规模不断扩大、多元化程度不断提高、网络强度不断增加、隐性知识的获得更加便利,知识网络类型也由非正式网络演化为合作网络和联盟网络。
The increasing sophistication of technological innovations makes it impossible for a single firm to have all the knowledge to accomplish innovations. In order to promote the continuous development of technological innovation, enterprises need to constantly introduce knowledge from outside and use knowledge transfer as a channel to form a knowledge network with external knowledge entities. With the improvement of the stock of technical knowledge and the improvement of technical knowledge in enterprises, the external knowledge network of enterprises has realized the evolution from disorder to order and from low to advanced level. The network scale has been continuously expanded, the diversification degree has been continuously improved, and the network strength has been constantly increasing. Access to sexual knowledge is more convenient, and the types of knowledge networks evolve from informal networks to cooperative networks and affiliate networks.
