采用三维非线性有限元分析方法评价与估算了桥面板与混凝土覆层间结合界面的干燥收缩诱导应力,并采用修正Fowler准则测算了桥面板与聚合物覆层间的热诱导应力。在评价覆层与面板间相对厚度to/ts的影响时,ts取常数200 mm;在评价相对弹性模量Eo/Es的影响时,Es取常数,27.5 GPa,并设定了3个Eo/Es比值,分别是0.5,0.75,1.0。在评价每个Eo/Es比值的影响时,考虑3个to/ts比值,其值分别为0.281,0.375,0.45,并对应3个覆层厚度值,分别为55,75,3.6,90 mm。结果表明:收缩诱导剪切应力与黏结应力随Eo/Es比值及to/ts比值的增加而增加;有限元分析结果与修正Fowler准则测算结果表现出相同的变化趋势,但由前者估算的黏结应力要比由后者估算的高很多。对诱导黏结应力有重要影响或者会导致黏结强度下降的其他因素也进行了深入讨论。
The three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis method was used to evaluate and estimate the drying shrinkage induced stress at the interface between bridge deck and concrete cladding. The modified Fowler criterion was used to estimate the thermal induced stress between bridge deck and polymer cladding. In the evaluation of the relative thickness to / ts between the cladding and the impact, ts take a constant 200 mm; in assessing the impact of the relative elastic modulus Eo / Es, Es take constant, 27.5 GPa, and set 3 Eo / Es ratio, respectively 0.5,0.75,1.0. In evaluating the effect of each Eo / Es ratio, three to / ts ratios were considered, with values of 0.281, 0.375, 0.45, respectively, corresponding to three coating thickness values of 55, 75, 3.6, 90 mm, respectively. The results show that the shrinkage induced shear stress and the bond stress increase with the increase of Eo / Es ratio and the ratio of to / ts. The results of finite element analysis and the modified Fowler criterion show the same trend, but the former estimates the bond stress Than the latter estimates much higher. Other factors that have a significant effect on inducing bond stress or that result in a decrease in bond strength are also discussed in depth.
