立足于实践经验,对企业财务风险管理的重要性进行分析,并以某医药为例,财务风险防范意识、财务风险管理方法、财务风险管理体制等三个方面,指出其财务风险管理中存在的主要问题。以此为根据,对企业财务风险管理主要对策进行分析,从而不断提高企业财务风险管理水平,提高企业整体发展实力。
Based on practical experience, this paper analyzes the importance of enterprise’s financial risk management and points out some existing problems in its financial risk management from the aspects of certain medicine, the awareness of financial risk prevention, financial risk management and financial risk management system main problem. Based on this, the paper analyzes the main countermeasures of the enterprise financial risk management so as to continuously improve the management level of the enterprise’s financial risk and enhance the overall development strength of the enterprise.
