我们学校借鉴企、事业单位管理经营中鉴定“共包合同”的措施,与家庭教育、与学校教育不协调、学生表现又极差的家长签订“共包合同”。使家校教育的结合收到明显的效果。我们组织专题学习。请校外辅导员、家长代表、校关工委参加。共同学习“合同法”、“未成年人保护法”、“班主任工作条例”等有关法规。在充分理解,统一共识的基础上,根据班主任应尽的职责,家长应履行的义务,学生应遵循的规范,联席制订“家校共育合同书”。此“合同”共三章十六条,打印成文。
