Objective: To explore the application of health care cooperative health education in women’s puerperium. Methods: From June 2014 to June 2016, 82 maternal women who were hospitalized and delivered in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group adopted the method of general health education, and the experimental group adopted the method of health care cooperative health education. Statistical analysis was made on the mode of delivery, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) in puerperal, the puerperium complication in the two groups and satisfaction with health education. Results: The data of two groups of maternal were statistically analyzed. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of mode of delivery (P> 0.05). Comparing the depression scores of the two groups, SAS and SDS of puerperium were lower The incidence of anxiety and depression in the control group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Comparing the incidence of puerperium complications in the two groups, 9.8% in the experimental group and 24.3% in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group P <0.05). Comparing the two groups of maternal health education satisfaction, 90.2% in the experimental group and 70.7% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Health-care cooperative health education has a good effect on reducing depression and puerperal depression and should be widely promoted.
