在航空仪表上使用的电阻器和电位器,要求具有电阻温度系数低,对铜热电势小,电阻率大,耐磨等性能。非晶态Ni-Si-B具有较优越的条件,其微观结构的基本特征是原子在空间排列不具有周期性和对称性;原子的排列无长程序,只有几个原子间距范围内有短程序;无晶态金属所具有的滑移面;晶界等。利用非晶态Ni-Si-B合金研制电位器,在电阻温度系数,电阻率,耐磨等性能方面比碳膜电位器优越。
Resistors and potentiometers used in aeronautical instrumentation require a low temperature coefficient of resistance, small thermoelectricity potential for copper, large resistivity and wear resistance. The amorphous Ni-Si-B has the superior conditions. The basic characteristic of the microstructure is that the atoms are arranged in space with no periodicity and symmetry. The arrangement of atoms has no long program, and only a few atomic distances have a short program ; Amorphous metal with the sliding surface; grain boundaries and so on. The use of amorphous Ni-Si-B alloy developed potentiometer, resistance temperature coefficient, resistivity, wear resistance and other properties than the carbon film potentiometer superior.
