研究了H2S对低碳钢在焦炉煤气中腐蚀动力学的影响,证实在H2S含量为0.159/m3时电极过程的控制步骤出现明显的转化,[H2S]<0.159/m3为阴极过程控制[H2S]>0.15g/m3为阳极过程控制,用直接的证据证明在高H2S含量的煤气中低碳钢能够在表面形成致密的保护膜,并且从理论上解释了这些现象。
The effect of H2S on the corrosion kinetics of low carbon steel in coke oven gas was investigated. It was found that the control procedure of the electrode process obviously changed when the H2S content was 0.159 / m3. [H2S] <0.159 / m3 was the cathode process control [H2S]> 0.15g / m3 for anodic process control, with direct evidence that low carbon steels can form dense protective films on the surface in gases with high H2S content and explain these phenomena theoretically.
