在初中英语教学中,课文是教学语言知识和训练听、说、读、写能力的综合材料。因此,课文应作为一个整体来教。开始时就分段教学,容易产生只见树木,不见森林的毛病,不利于学生掌握课文的中心思想和进行听、说、读、写的综合训练。此外,在整体教学的基础上进行分段教学也是必要的。其目的在于掌握各个段落之间的逻辑关系,进而更好地理解和掌握整篇课文。这就是我们在初中英语教学中采用的“课文整体教学法”。
In junior high school English teaching, the text is a comprehensive material for teaching language knowledge and training listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
