目的改善医院静脉药物调配中心的工作环境,强化全体工作人员的责任心和安全风险意识。方法运用6S管理模式的方法对科室环境、物品定置摆放、药库的管理、工作流程质控管理及工作人员素养5个方面进行调查、改善和评价。结果通过6S管理模式的运行,使得静脉药物调配中心的工作环境、物品的分类、定点放置规范达到了目视管理的要求,提高了员工的风险防范意识,促使人人都能严格遵守规章制度并形成行为习惯。结论6S管理模式在PIVAS里的合理应用,实现了“安全管理常态化、现场管理规范化、流程管理标准化、标识管理统一化、人员管理制度化”。
Objective To improve the working environment of the hospital intravenous drug deployment center and strengthen the sense of responsibility and safety risk of all staff. Methods The methods of 6S management were used to investigate, improve and evaluate the departments’ environment, the placement of items, the management of pharmacies, the quality control of work processes and the quality of staff. Results Through the operation of 6S management mode, the working environment, the classification of articles and the fixed-point placement of IVM reached the requirements of visual management, raised awareness of employees’ risk prevention and urged everyone to strictly abide by the rules and regulations Form a behavioral habit. Conclusion The rational application of 6S management mode in PIVAS realizes “normalization of safety management, standardization of on-site management, standardization of process management, unification of identification management and institutionalization of personnel management.”
