本文研究了兴仁金线兰种子非共生萌发特性和芽增殖条件,结果表明,授粉后55 d种子达到生理成熟状态,种子萌发率最高达97.28%;授粉后75 d种子趋于形态成熟,萌发率可达94.44%;授粉后115 d的种子过度成熟,萌发率反而仅为23.34%。芽增殖的最佳培养基为ER+0.3 mg·L-16-BA+0.5 mg·L-1NAA+0.03 g·L-1活性炭,增殖系数为8.25。把试管苗移栽到直径6~9 mm的细树皮中,成活率在96.83%以上。本研究为兴仁金线兰的产业化生产奠定了基础。
In this paper, the seed germination and non-symbiotic germination characteristics of Prunus mumei were studied.
