A cyanine dye-polymer film was prepared by spin-coating and the spectral properties and optical storage properties of the dye-polymer film were investigated. The dye film in the 660 ~ 830nm band has a strong absorption and reflectivity of 20% or more. Under the best experimental conditions, a signal to noise ratio of 58dB was obtained. The signal-to-noise ratio (CNR), the carrier signal strength (C), and the logarithm of the change in film reflectance (ΔR) (lgΔR)
