对不同程度抗感赤霉病的4个冬小麦品种用禾谷镰孢FusariumgraminearumSchw.JF-12菌株的分生孢子悬浮液进行接种,并于接种后2~22天测定寄主组织内抗坏血酸(Ascorbicacid,AsA)量、AsA氧化酶及AsA过氧化物酶的活性变化,同时观察AsA对病菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长等的影响。结果表明,接种的感病或中感品种穗组织内较不接种的对照有明显的AsA积累,AsA氧化酶及AsA过氧化物酶的活性较低,而抗病品种接种前后AsA量无明显差异,AsA氧化酶及AsA过氧化物酶的活性较强。另外,适当浓度的AsA对病菌分生孢子的萌发和芽管的伸长有一定的刺激作用,但对病菌菌丝的生长及病菌体内的AsA水平无明显影响。作者对AsA与小麦抗/感赤霉病性的关系进行了讨论,并认为AsA与植物的感病性有关
Fusarium graminearum Fusarium graminearum Schw. The conidial suspension of JF-12 strain was inoculated and the amount of Ascorbic acid (AsA), AsA oxidase and AsA peroxidase in the host tissue were measured 2 to 22 days after inoculation, Bacterial spores germination and mycelium growth and other effects.
