目的:建立四逆泡腾片中甘草黄酮的高效液相色谱定量方法。方法:采用四逆泡腾片提取物酸水解方法制备甘草黄酮主要苷元—甘草素与异甘草素,采用Hypersil ODS2 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长230 nm,柱温40℃。结果:甘草素、异甘草素线性范围分别为0.0219~0.656μg、0.0216~0.647μg,r均为0.9999;平均加样回收率以甘草素与异甘草素的量之和计为100.6%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属,分离效果好,灵敏度高,可用于四逆泡腾片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for quantitative determination of glycyrrhiza flavonoids in Sifeng effervescent tablets. Methods: Glycyrrhizin and isoliquiritigenin, the main glycosides of licorice flavonoids, were prepared by acid hydrolysis method of Sifan effervescent tablet. The mobile phase consisted of Hypersil ODS2 C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-water , Gradient elution, flow rate 0.8 mL.min-1, detection wavelength 230 nm, column temperature 40 ℃. Results: The linear range of glycyrrhizin and isoliquiritigenin were 0.0219 ~ 0.656μg and 0.0216 ~ 0.647μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.6% with the sum of the amount of liquiritigenin and isoliquiritigenin, the RSD was 1.5% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is specific, the separation effect is good, the sensitivity is high, and it can be used for the quality control of Sifeng effervescent tablets.
