本文研究了稀土元素对08钢的碳氮共渗过程的影响。试验结果表明,稀土对08钢的碳氮共渗过程有显著的活化催渗作用;稀土元素对碳氮共渗过程的催化效果随共渗温度的提高,共渗时间的延长而减小。能谱和离子探针证实,稀土元素La 被渗入钢的表面。
In this paper, the effects of rare earth elements on carbonitriding of 08 steel were studied. The experimental results show that rare earth has a significant activation and catastrophic effect on the carbonitriding process of 08 steel. The catalytic effect of rare earth elements on the carbonitriding process decreases with the increase of the co-permeation temperature and the prolongation of the permeation time. The energy spectrum and the ion probe confirmed that rare earth element La was infiltrated into the surface of the steel.
