作者在14年中搜集到位置性眼震20例进行了临床观察和分析。男13例,女7例。干部、工人各6例,教师、医生和护士共4例,农民3例,学生1例。年龄在23～52岁间,多为壮年。有反复发作史的7例,初次发作13例。发作后就诊时间为1小时至60天,5天以内者12例。18例有诱因。19例伴眩晕。吸取Fletcher和Cawthorne—Hallpike法优点综合进行检查。在确定位置性眼震后,
In 14 years, the author collected 20 cases of positional nystagmus for clinical observation and analysis. 13 males and 7 females. Cadres and workers in 6 cases, teachers, doctors and nurses in 4 cases, 3 farmers, 1 student. The age of 23 ~ 52 years old, mostly young adults. There are seven recurrent history, the first attack in 13 cases. Post-attack treatment time is 1 hour to 60 days, 12 patients within 5 days. 18 cases have incentives. 19 cases with dizziness.
