开展了稀土(RE)对镍磷化学镀层水电解电极制氢效率影响的实验,探讨了稀土对化学镀过程及镀层性质(镀层组成、镀层表面耐腐蚀性能)的影响,考察了单一或混合La、Ce对电解水制氢效率的影响状况。证实了在镀液中加入少量稀土能够显著提高镀速以及镀层电极的水电解效率,而且镧比铈更有效。并从RE对镀层Ni的电子状态的影响等新的角度出发,做出了新的机理解释。
The effect of rare earth (RE) on the hydrogen production efficiency of Ni-P electroless plating electrode was studied. The effects of RE on electroless plating process and coating properties (coating composition, corrosion resistance of coating surface) were investigated. The effect of rare earth , Ce on the efficiency of electrolysis of water hydrogen production situation. Confirmed that adding a small amount of rare earth in the bath can significantly improve the plating rate and the electrodeposition of water electrolysis efficiency, and lanthanum is more effective than cerium. And from the RE on the electronic state of Ni coating and other new perspectives, made a new mechanism to explain.
