全国沿海开放城市、经济特区档案工作第二次协作会议于1987年10月26日至30日在青岛市召开。来自14个沿海开放城市、4个经济特区以及海南行政区、海口市档案局的50多位代表出席了会议。这次会议是继1986年的南通会议之后举行的又一次会议。沿海开放城市、经济特区的档案工作者们再一次聚集到一起,沟通信息,交流经验,互相学习。会议期间,与会代表首先听取了南通市档案局关于一年来档案工作协作活动情况的介绍。会议认为,自上次南通会议以来,沿海开放城市和特区的档案工作有了较大的发展,取得了不小的成绩,形成了档案工作的新格局。但是,档案工作的发展还很不平衡,只有部分单位建立和健全了档案工作制度,设立 The second cooperation meeting of the archives work of the coastal cities and special economic zones in the whole country was held in Qingdao from October 26 to October 30, 1987.
