In the 1970s, the founding principal Li Desheng experienced great ups and downs in his life. Suddenly, he was promoted to the Politburo Standing Committee and Vice-Chairman of the CPC Central Committee by the director of the Revolutionary Committee of Anhui Province and the commander of the 12th Army.
