本文建立了同时测定对氯苯胺、间氯苯胺、邻氯苯胺及苯胺的高效液相色谱分析方法。甲醇溶解对氯苯胺样品,以甲醇-磷酸二氢钾水溶液为流动相,经高效液相色谱分离。通过对色谱条件的优化,实现对氯苯胺及其有机杂质得以有效分离。四种物质在测定范围内线性良好,回收率为71.0%~100.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.26%~20.2%。
This paper established a simultaneous determination of p-chloroaniline, m-chloroaniline, o-chloroaniline and aniline by high performance liquid chromatography. Methanol dissolved p-chloroaniline samples to methanol - potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution as mobile phase by high performance liquid chromatography. Through the optimization of the chromatographic conditions, the chloroaniline and its organic impurities can be effectively separated. The four analytes had good linearity within the determination range, with recoveries of 71.0% -100.5% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.26% -20.2%.
