潍柴一系列的并购,延长的不仅仅是产品链条,更重要的是大幅度提升了潍柴的抗风险能力。关于潍柴,最近几年更吸引眼球的是收购了哪家国外的公司、又进入了哪个新的领域。仔细分析潍柴新进入的领域后,我们会发现这些不是需要使用柴油动力的领域,就是这些设备的关键部件,只有这些关键部件与柴油机的紧密配合才能保证整机具有良好的使用性能。所以,一系列的并购,延长的不仅仅是产品链条,更重要的是大幅度提升了潍柴的抗风险能力。
