缺血性脑卒中是临床上的常见病、多发病,且严重危害人类健康。钙离子和镁离子对缺血性脑卒中的发生、发展有很大的影响。位于细胞膜上的瞬时受体电位(TRP)M7(TRPM7)通道是镁、钙等阳离子的主要离子通道,可能与缺血性脑卒中存在很大的关联。TRPM7通道的研究将为缺血性脑卒中脑损伤的治疗及预防提供新靶点。
Ischemic stroke is a common clinical disease, frequently-occurring disease, and seriously endanger human health. Calcium and magnesium ions have a great impact on the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke. The transient receptor potential (TRP) M7 (TRPM7) channel, located on the plasma membrane, is the major ion channel for cations such as magnesium and calcium and may be associated with ischemic stroke. TRPM7 channel research will provide a new target for the treatment and prevention of ischemic brain injury.
