本文在多种基因组提取方法的基础上,针对红麻基因组提取中的难点即富含酚类、萜类、单宁、果胶等物质。提出了利用1%抗坏血酸保护单宁、多酚类物质不被褐化,避免了其褐化产物与DNA形成不可逆的复合物,提高了DNA得率;并且,提取缓冲液采用高pH条件下Na2CO3存在可加速果胶碱解,分离果胶等杂质,获得了高纯度基因组DNA,适合PCR扩增等分子生物学要求
