本文通过对网络服务提供者的研究,对其在中国的版权法下面临的责任展开探讨,并通过与国外相关立法的比较,分析了网络服务提供者的直接侵权责任与间接侵权责任的问题,为我国网络行业的立法提出建议。
Through the study of network service providers, this article discusses its responsibility under the copyright law in China and analyzes the direct tort liability and indirect tort liability of network service providers through the comparison with the relevant foreign legislation, Advice for the Legislation of Network Industry in China.
