在覆土层较厚的高陡边坡加固施工过程中,一般会采用分台阶放坡开挖或较长的锚索或锚杆加固。分台阶坡率法治理边坡时,开挖工程量大,特别是在重庆山区,因地形复杂及环境限制,很多边坡治理工程无法展开放坡,故坡率法施工存在较大局限性。而锚索及锚杆加固因需嵌入中风化岩层,在施工过程中常因土体松散及地质原因,需采用跟管措施,因此成本较高、施工难度较大,也不是优选方案。钢花管注浆格构梁加固土质边坡工法,通过水泥浆渗入岩土孔隙并固结,在增强边坡自身稳定性提高周边土体强度的同时,此工法能起到管壁与土体粘结力增强从而加强锚固的作用,进一步提搞抗滑力。在格构梁实施完毕后,钢花管与格构梁形成的网架结构,将对土质边坡形成全面的加固体系。因此,钢花管注浆格构梁是加固土质边坡的优选方案。本文以重庆江北区杨家河冲沟边坡治理工程为例,对钢花管注浆格构梁加固土质边坡施工工法的原理、特点及施工控制要点进行了分析,为后续类似工程实施该工法提供参考和借鉴。

After the completion of the lattice beam, the steel grid structure formed by the steel pipe and the lattice beam will form a comprehensive reinforcement system for the soil slope. Therefore, the steel pipe grouting lattice beam is the preferred solution for strengthening soil slope. This paper takes Yangjiahe gully slope treatment project in Jiangbei District of Chongqing as an example to analyze the principles, characteristics and construction control points of the steel soil pipe grouting beam with reinforced soil slope construction method to provide references for the subsequent similar projects to implement this method And learn from.
