目的探讨复合营养素对大鼠应激时血清细胞因子白介素6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法36只SD大鼠随机分为急性应激和慢性应激两组,其中各自又分为正常对照组、应激对照组、应激+复合营养紊组。急性应激组束缚冷水浸泡应激30min,应激后0、0.5、1和2h处死动物取血;慢性应激组束缚冷水浸泡每日应激1次,30min,持续2周,最后1次应激结束后30min处死大鼠取血。ELISA检测大鼠血清中的IL-6水平。结果束缚冷水浸泡应激可引起IL-6水平升高,而应用复合营养素对此有抑制作用。其中急性应激组应激后30min的变化最显著,IL-6水平由17.69±0.96pg/ml升高至29.67±1.64pg/ml,升高了67.8%;应用复合营养素可减轻应激所引起的IL-6水平的升高,30min时间点降至22.30±2.52pg/ml,降低了24.9%。慢性应激组其应激对照组的IL-6水平升高至30.69±1.08pg/ml,应激+复合营养素组则降低至22.70±1.68pg/ml。结论复合营养素可以显著改善应激大鼠的内分泌免疫调节功能,对减轻应激所造成的损伤可能具有一定作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound nutrient on the level of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum during stress in rats. Methods Thirty - six SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: acute stress and chronic stress, each of which was divided into normal control group, stress control group and stress plus complex nutritional group. The rats in the acute stress group were exposed to cold water immersion for 30 minutes, and the animals were sacrificed at 0, 0.5, 1 and 2 hours after stress. The rats in the chronic stress group were exposed to cold water immersion once daily for 30 minutes for 2 weeks, 30min after the end of shock rats were sacrificed. The levels of IL-6 in serum of rats were detected by ELISA. Results Cold water immersion stress can cause elevated levels of IL-6, while the application of complex nutrients have an inhibitory effect. Among them, the acute stress group showed the most significant change 30min after stress, the level of IL-6 increased from 17.69 ± 0.96pg / ml to 29.67 ± 1.64pg / ml, increased by 67.8%; the application of complex nutrients could reduce the stress induced IL-6 levels decreased to 22.30 ± 2.52pg / ml at 30min, a 24.9% decrease. The level of IL-6 in stress group was increased to 30.69 ± 1.08pg / ml in chronic stress group and decreased to 22.70 ± 1.68pg / ml in stress + complex nutrient group. Conclusions Compound nutrients can significantly improve the endocrine immune regulation in stress rats and may play a role in reducing the damage caused by stress.
