应用ABC免疫组织化学技术对39例前列腺癌和10例前列腺增生症(BPH)组织中微血管密度进行检测。结果发现前列腺癌组织中微血管密度明显高于BPH(P<0.001);高分化前列腺癌组织中微血管密度明显低于低分化和未分化前列腺癌(P<0.05和P<0.01);发生转移的前列腺癌中微血管密度明显高于未转移的前列腺癌。结果表明做血管密度与前列腺癌的发生及分化程度、浸润能力和自然病程密切相关。认为微血管密度在一定程度上反映了前列腺癌的恶性程度,并可作为判断前列腺癌生物学行为的一个有价值的指标。
The microvessel density in 39 cases of prostate cancer and 10 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) was detected by ABC immunohistochemistry. Microvessel density was significantly higher in prostate cancer tissues than in BPH (P <0.001). Microvessel density was significantly lower in well-differentiated prostate cancer tissues than in poorly differentiated and undifferentiated prostate cancers (P <0.05 and P <0.01) ); The density of microvessels in metastatic prostate cancer is significantly higher than that of non-metastatic prostate cancer. The results showed that the density of blood vessels and the occurrence and differentiation of prostate cancer, invasive ability and the natural history are closely related. Microvessel density is considered to some extent reflect the degree of malignancy of prostate cancer and can be used as a valuable indicator to judge the biological behavior of prostate cancer.
