上个世纪60年代修建的南京长江大桥,桥墩设计给电气化改造预留的限界不够,如果用传统的铁塔横梁无法架设。经过研究后,采用新的钢管型硬横梁施工技术来解决这个问题。本文重点介绍钢管型硬横梁施工技术的运用,从施工准备、安全措施、应急预案等方面介绍了硬横梁架设中的几点经验,分析了存在的问题并提出了建议。
Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge built in the 60s of last century, the bridge pier design reserved for the electrification of the reform is not enough, if the traditional beam can not be erected. After research, the use of new steel tube-type beam construction technology to solve this problem. This article focuses on the application of steel tube-type rigid beam construction technology, introduces some experiences in the construction of rigid beam from construction preparation, safety measures and emergency plans, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions.
