研究了一株假单胞菌MBR(Pseudomonas sp.MBR)在好氧环境下,以有机碳源为电子供体,将氟钛酸盐还原为钛单质的特性及影响还原的因素.结果表明,该菌还原氟钛酸盐初始浓度范围为0.5~8.0 mmol/L,最适pH值为7.0,柠檬酸钠为最佳碳源供给物,并且在电子供体和钛的摩尔比为100:1时还原效果最好.扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察显示加氟钛酸盐后细胞的形态并没有发生变化,还原的Ti单质以纳米粒子形式积累在细胞内.
In this paper, we studied the characteristics of a Pseudomonas sp. MBR reduced by organic carbon source as an electron donor and reduced the fluorotitanate to titanium element under aerobic conditions and the factors affecting the reduction. The initial concentration of fluotitanate reduced to 0.5 ~ 8.0 mmol / L, the optimum pH value of 7.0, sodium citrate is the best carbon source supply, and the electron donor and titanium molar ratio of 100: 1 The best reduction effect was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The morphology of the cells did not change after addition of fluorotitanate. The reduced Ti was accumulated in the form of nanoparticles.
