在溶剂热条件下成功制备了纳米-αFe2O3。对产物进行了XRD、TEM、HRTEM及FESEM等表征.所得到的六方相的纳米-αFe2O3平均粒径为200nm.通过改变实验的反应条件,可以控制纳米-αFe2O3的形貌.并对产物的形成提出了可能的机理.
Nanometer-αFe2O3 was successfully prepared under solvothermal conditions. The products were characterized by XRD, TEM, HRTEM and FESEM.The average particle size of nano-αFe2O3 in the hexagonal phase was 200nm.The morphology of the nano-αFe2O3 could be controlled by changing the experimental conditions and the formation of the product Proposed a possible mechanism.
