从正在贵州召开的第二届中国水安全会议上获悉,当前中国资源环境问题不断加剧,水安全新老问题交织,特别是水资源短缺,水生态损害,水环境污染等新问题形势严峻。为此,我国多地正试点开展以水生态文明城市建设为载体,探索保障水安全新途径。专家认为,开展水生态文明城市建设,统筹协调水利与生态建设,加强水生态修复与保护,使水资源和水环境保持良好的生态平衡,有利于提高城市防洪排涝安全,营造良好城市生态环境,建立与水资源相匹配的区域产业布局和建设发展构架。
