提出一种锚杆钻机用新型无阀自配流液压冲击器,分析其结构原理及特点。分别建立了冲击器各行程的数学模型,运用AMESim建模与仿真,根据仿真曲线分别分析了冲击活塞速度和活塞位移的变化情况。利用AMESim批运行功能分别分析了活塞质量、溢流阀调定压力及前后腔活塞直径比等对冲击器性能的影响,为冲击器参数优化设计和冲击特性研究提供了理论基础。
A new valveless self-distributing hydraulic impactor for anchor rod drilling machine is proposed to analyze its structural principle and characteristics. The mathematic models of each stroke of impactor were established respectively. The modeling and simulation of AMESim were used. The changes of impact piston velocity and piston displacement were analyzed respectively based on the simulation curves. The effects of piston mass, setting pressure of relief valve and diameter ratio of front and back cavity piston on the impactor were analyzed respectively by AMESim batch operation function, which provided the theoretical basis for the research of optimum design of impactor parameters and impact characteristics.
