目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者外周血T辅助淋巴细胞(Th细胞)分泌干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素(IL-2、4、10)水平异常的意义。方法:选取EMT确诊病例40例作为EMT组,正常女性为对照组。分别分离出两组外周血清中的Th细胞,采用双抗夹心Elisa法检测其IFN-γ以及IL-2、4、10的水平,并计算IFN-γ/IL-4,IL-2/IL-10的比值。结果:EMT组外周血IFN-γ、IL-2的水平都显著低于对照组(P<0.01),IL-4、10的水平都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),IFN-γ/IL-4,IL-2/IL-10的比值都显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:EMT组患者外周血中Th细胞中由Th1细胞群分泌IFN-γ、IL-2的水平下降,而由Th2细胞群分泌的IL-4、10的水平上升,导致IFN-γ/IL-4,IL-2/IL-10比值降低,揭示Th1和Th2细胞比例失衡。这些变化导致子宫内膜异位种植,可能是造成该病的始动因素之一。
Objective: To investigate the significance of interferon (IFN-γ) and interleukin (IL-2, 4, 10) levels in peripheral blood T helper lymphocytes (Th cells) in patients with endometriosis (EMT) Methods: Forty cases diagnosed as EMT were selected as EMT group and normal women as control group. The levels of IFN-γand IL-2, 4 and 10 were measured by double-antibody sandwich ELISA and the levels of IFN-γ / IL-4 and IL-2 / IL- 10 ratio. Results: The levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in EMT group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01), while the levels of IL-4 and 10 in EMT group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) IL-4, IL-2 / IL-10 ratio were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Th1 cells in peripheral blood from patients with EMT have a decreased level of IFN-γ and IL-2 secreted by Th1 cells and an increased level of IL-4 and 10 secreted by Th2 cells, resulting in a decrease in IFN-γ / IL- 4, IL-2 / IL-10 ratio decreased, revealing the imbalance between Th1 and Th2 cells. These changes lead to endometriosis, may be one of the initiators of the disease.
