目的 :研究国产盐酸曲普利啶的抗组按作用。方法 :以皮肤血管通透性试验、组胺致过敏性休克试验及离体豚鼠气管条试验进行观察。结果 :盐酸曲普利啶对组胺所致大鼠血管通透性增加有显著的抑制作用 ;对组胺所致豚鼠过敏性休克 ,可显著降低其反应程度、延长休克反应的潜伏期 ,并降低死亡率 ;其浓度为10 - 6 ～ 10 - 5mol/L时 ,能明显拮抗组胺所致离体豚鼠气管条的收缩反应 ,使其量效曲线平行右移 ,计算其 pA2值为 6 .99。结论 :国产盐酸曲普利啶具有高效的抗组胺作用。
Objective: To study the anti-group effect of domestic made of triprolidine hydrochloride. Methods: The skin vascular permeability test, histamine-induced anaphylactic shock test and guinea pig tracheal strip test were observed. Results: Triprolidine hydrochloride had a significant inhibitory effect on the increase of vascular permeability induced by histamine in rats. Hypertrophic shock induced by histamine in guinea pigs significantly reduced the response and delayed the latency of shock response When the concentration was 10-6 ~ 10-5 mol / L, the contractile response of isolated guinea pig tracheal strips could be antagonized obviously, and the dose-response curve was parallel shifted to the right. The pA2 value was calculated to be 6.99 . Conclusion: Domestic made of triprolidine hydrochloride has high antihistamine effect.
