为了发展西北干旱地区节水灌溉新技术,水利部与联合国粮农组织合作,于1980年议定在甘肃省景泰县建立灌溉新技术发展实验区,以便取得经验,示范推广。实验区总面积100公顷,其中固定式喷灌21公顷,半固定式喷灌73公顷,微喷灌3公顷,滴灌3公顷。联合国粮农组织负责提供喷灌系统的过滤设备、控制设备、喷头,微喷灌和滴灌系统的全套设备以及小型气象站设备和部分移动管道,投资共计20万美元。中方负责供水、供电、加压泵站、沉沙调蓄水池、地埋压力管道
In order to develop new technologies for water-saving irrigation in arid areas of northwestern China, the Ministry of Water Resources, in cooperation with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, agreed in 1980 to set up an experimental area for developing new irrigation technologies in Jingtai County of Gansu Province so as to gain experience, demonstration and popularization. The experimental area covers a total area of 100 hectares, of which 21 hectares are fixed sprinkler irrigation, 73 hectares semi-fixed sprinkler irrigation, 3 hectares micro-sprinkler irrigation and 3 hectares drip irrigation. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is responsible for providing a full complement of filtration equipment, control equipment, sprinklers, sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, as well as small weather station equipment and partially mobile ducts for sprinkler systems with a total investment of $ 200,000. The Chinese side is responsible for water supply, electricity supply, pressurized pumping station, sediment storage reservoir and buried pressure pipeline
