开发了一种压力机用吨位指示器,该吨位指示器采用双恒流源激励的电阻应变计电桥测量电路,提高测量的性能和精度;控制电路选用大量串口芯片,通过模拟串口实现通讯与控制,节省空间,体积小巧;在应变桥路和放大电路中引入数字电位器,实现电桥自动调平衡和数字化放大增益调整,避免了电桥零点变化和模拟电位器触头漂移等固有的缺陷;可测量静态、瞬态载荷,能应用于各类型压力机中。该研究的成果已用于实际生产。
A tonnage indicator for pressure machine was developed. The tonnage indicator uses a double-constant-current source resistance strain gauge bridge measuring circuit to improve the measurement performance and accuracy.
