警察摄影是指警察用照相机拍摄与警务工作相关的影像的过程和以警察为题材的摄影作品。警察摄影按题材可以分为警察实用摄影、警察新闻摄影、警察艺术摄影和警察纪实摄影四大类。当前我国的警察摄影主要以警察实用摄影为主,对警察新闻、艺术、纪实摄影长期以来缺乏较为系统地理论研究和摄影教育。这是我国警察摄影教育中的一大盲区。警察摄影应该是全方位的警察摄影,警察摄影教育应该是全面的摄影教育。警察摄影理论的完备应该成为警察摄影教育发展的基础。
Police photography refers to the process by which police officers take pictures of police-related work with cameras and police-themed photography. Police photography by subject can be divided into police practical photography, police news photography, police art photography and police documentary photography four categories. At present, police photography in our country is mainly based on practical police photography. There has been a lack of systematic theoretical research and photography education on police news, art and documentary photography. This is a big blind spot in the police photography education in our country. Police photography should be a full range of police photography, police photography education should be a comprehensive photographic education. The completeness of the theory of police photography should become the basis for the development of police photography education.
