中国航天科工三院正研制生产一种新型的快速获取驾驶舱语音记录器,主要实现机上六通道音频数据和时标数据采集,2000小时长时间数据存储,短时数据冗余备份和数据回放等功能。该产品采用多项关键技术,以FPGA为核心,通过ARM控制器和高性能DSP实现时序控制、数据压缩和加密,采用SSD固态硬盘和高速同步ADC实现数据实时采集和存储。不仅能够大大突破录音时间的限制,更提高了产品的可靠性和易用性,能够适应严苛的机上环境,并且结构拆装灵活,数据导出高效便捷,后续还可扩展无线传输和视频采集功能,进一步满足民航安全保障的需求。
