目的建立复黄片中香蒲新苷的测定方法。方法复黄片粉中加入甲醇超声提取香蒲新苷,采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.04%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,体积流量为1mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长为254 nm,用外标法计算复黄片中香蒲新苷。结果 香蒲新苷在0.525~8.40μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为1.12%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可为评价复黄片质量提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for determination of cattail glycosides in Fufang tablets. Methods The flavonoid glycosides were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol and the gradient was eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.04% phosphoric acid solution on a Waters Symmetry C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The volume flow rate was 1 mL / min The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The external standard method was used to calculate the cattail glycosides in Fuhuang tablets. The results showed that the linearity of typinoside at 0.525 ~ 8.40μg was good with the average recovery of 100.24% and RSD of 1.12%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can provide the basis for evaluating the quality of Fuhuang tablets.
