①目的探讨神经降压素（ＮＴ）与无功能性胰岛细胞瘤的关系。②方法应用免疫组织化学方法对９例无功能性胰岛细胞瘤进行神经降压素标记。③结果９例无功能性胰岛细胞瘤中神经降压素阳性者７例，占７８％．阳性颗粒主要分布于肿瘤细胞胞浆内，一些透明样细胞胞膜及柱状细胞顶浆也可见阳性颗粒。④结论该类肿瘤能够合成或分泌神经降压素，对其命名也有必要进一步深入探讨
Objective To investigate the relationship between neurotensin (NT) and nonfunctioning islet cell tumors. 2 Methods Neurotensin labeling was performed on 9 cases of nonfunctioning islet cell tumors by immunohistochemistry. 3 Results 9 cases of non-functioning islet cell neutrophils positive neurotensin in 7 cases, accounting for 78%. The positive particles are mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of tumor cells, and some of the transparent membrane-like cells and the apical plasma of columnar cells also have positive particles. 4 Conclusions This class of tumors can synthesize or secrete neurotensin. It is also necessary to further investigate the name of this class of tumors.
