进入八十年代以来,我国由电气设备引发的火灾总各类火灾的比例日趋上升。据有关部门统计,1976年电气火灾仅占全国火灾忌次数的4.9%;1980年为7.3%;1985年为14.9%;到1988年上升到38.6%。1993年超过40%。电气火灾日益严重的原因是多方面的:一是电线陈旧老化;二是违反用电安全规定;三是电器设计或安装不当;四是家用电器设备大幅度增
Since the 1980s, the proportion of fires caused by electrical equipment in China has gradually increased. According to statistics from relevant authorities, in 1976, electrical fires accounted for only 4.9% of the country’s total number of fires; in 1980, it was 7.3%; in 1985 it was 14.9%; by 1988 it had risen to 38.6%. More than 40% in 1993. There are many reasons for the increasing severity of electrical fires: one is the aging of electrical wires; the other is the violation of electrical safety regulations; third is the improper design or installation of electrical appliances; and the fourth is a substantial increase in electrical appliances and equipment.
