目的 探讨亚硒酸钠对大鼠胚胎的致畸性。方法 采用胚胎肢芽细胞培养方法 ,观察亚硒酸钠对大白鼠胚胎肢芽细胞增殖和分化的影响。结果 试验显示亚硒酸钠对大鼠肢芽细胞半数抑制分化浓度 (ID50 )为 10 92 μmol/L ,半数抑制细胞增殖浓度 (IP50 )为 7 95 μmol/L。 结论 亚硒酸钠的IP50 /ID50 值为 0 72 8( <6) ,表明亚硒酸钠只是一种细胞毒性物质 ,而非致畸物。
Objective To investigate the teratogenicity of sodium selenite on rat embryos. Methods The embryonic limb bud cell culture method was used to observe the effect of sodium selenite on the proliferation and differentiation of limb bud cells in rats. Results The results showed that the half inhibitory concentration (ID50) of sodium selenite to rat limb bud cells was 10 92 μmol / L, and the half inhibitory cell proliferation (IP50) was 7 95 μmol / L. Conclusion The sodium selenite has an IP50 / ID50 value of 0 728 (<6), indicating that sodium selenite is only a cytotoxic substance, not a teratogen.
