目的:了解食管癌病人的危险因素。方法:从当地医院采用病例对照研究方法,面对面对80例食管癌病例及100例正常对照者进行问卷调查。结果:食管癌的发病与年龄、文化程度、吸烟、饮酒、饮食状况、焦虑等密切相关。结论:食管癌的发病与多种因素有关,应该改变当地居民的饮食习惯、戒烟戒酒,保持良好的心态;同时加强对农村中低文化群体的宣传与预防工作。
Objective: To understand the risk factors of esophageal cancer patients. Methods: A case-control study was conducted from a local hospital. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 80 cases of esophageal cancer and 100 cases of normal controls. Results: The incidence of esophageal cancer was closely related to age, education, smoking, drinking, diet, anxiety and so on. Conclusion: The incidence of esophageal cancer is related to many factors. It should change the dietary habits of local residents, quit smoking and drinking, maintain a good attitude, and at the same time strengthen the publicity and prevention of low and medium-sized rural communities.
