在肿瘤化疗过程中,合理应用一些辅助药物,对减轻抗肿瘤药物的不良反应、确保化疗顺利进行具有一定意义。然而近年来,抗肿瘤辅助用药有滥用的趋势。本文针对抗肿瘤辅助用药不合理的情况,通过采取开展医嘱点评、药师下临床查房与医院行政干预等综合措施,使抗肿瘤辅助用药不合理医嘱比例下降、用药品种与数量减少、用药费用占比降低,促进了临床合理用药。
