军事文化创新全程伴随破与立的矛盾,只有率先实现观念突破,才能打开文化创新的广阔空间。一是拓宽认识维度,让军事文化创新及于军事实践全部领域。当前军事文化理论研究成果很多,相对而言,较为侧重于思想文化、精神文化。新形势下发展先进军事文化,必须紧紧围绕主题主线,以提高部队战斗力为根本着眼点。军事实践的每个领域都蕴含丰富的文化基因,军事文化原本就渗透于战斗力生成的每个环节,军事文化本身就是价值取向、规律认知、思维方式、行为模式的集合体。不论军事实践的哪个领域,都有增强文化自觉、接受文化指导、参与文化创造的责任。履行职能使命不仅需要鲜明的价值导向、昂扬的精神状态,更需要严谨的科学精神、清晰的实现路径、可行的方法手段。我们不仅要发展激励政治信念和战斗精神的思想文化,更要发展深刻影响战斗力生成和实战运用模式的制度文化、技术文化、行为文化。
The entire process of military cultural innovation is accompanied by the contradiction between breaking and establishing. Regardless of the field of military practice, all have the responsibility of enhancing cultural awareness, accepting cultural guidance and participating in cultural creation. Fulfilling its mission requires not only a clear value orientation and high spirits, but also a rigorous scientific spirit, a clear path of realization and feasible methods and means. We must not only develop the ideology and culture that inspires political conviction and fighting spirit, but also develop a system culture, a technical culture and a behavioral culture that profoundly affect the formation and actual use of combat effectiveness.
